2. Bridge Team Management (BTM) Course

Syllabus:The syllabus for this course is based on the IMO Model Course 1.22: "Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork" and is designed to meet the requirements of the STCW Convention, 1978 as amended, particularly: Section A-VIII/2 and B-VIII/2, Part 3-1 of the STCW Code, which address watchkeeping arrangements and principles to be observed; Table A-II/1 of the 2010 Manila Amendments to the STCW Convention and Code, outlining the competence requirements for officers in charge of a navigational watch on ships of 500 gross tonnage or more..
Course Aim:
This course aims to enhance bridge team performance through simulation exercises, effective communication, leadership, decision-making, and situational awareness.

3. BERM (Bridge Equipment and Resource Management) Course

Syllabus:This course fulfills the training requirements for competencies developed in accordance with the STCW Convention, 1978 as amended in 2010, specifically: Regulations II/2 and III/2, Regulation III/3, paragraphs 5 and 6, Sections A-II/2, A-II/3 paragraph 7, A-III/2, and A-III/3, Tables A-II/2, A-II/3, and A-III/2 of the STCW Code

4. Company Security Officer (CSO) Course

Syllabus:This course complies with the standards of competence as outlined in the IMO Guidelines on Training and Certification for Company Security Officers, issued as Annex to MSC/Circ.1154, and is conducted in accordance with IMO Model Course 3.20.
Course Aim:
It is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to perform the duties and responsibilities of a Company Security Officer as defined in the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code.

5. Engine Room Resource Management (ERM) Course

Syllabus:This course is based on IMO Model Course 2.07 and complies with the requirements of the STCW Convention, 1978 as amended in 2010 (Manila Amendments). It addresses the competency requirements specified in: STCW Section A-VIII/2, Part 4-2 (Watchkeeping arrangements and principles), Tables A-III/1 and A-III/2 of the STCW Code, which detail the knowledge, understanding, and proficiency for operational and management-level engineering officers regarding engine room resource management.
Course Aim:
The course aims to enhance team performance, communication, decision-making, and situational awareness in the engine room environment.
