The main idea to start the JMEPL erupted with past overseas experience of recruitment in shipping industries and the requirement of quality Trainees & Officers with awareness of latest technology to fulfill the requirements of marine industries. The Innovative thinking and Commitment to show right direction draws the brightest young minds from all over India.
